Report being cutoff using custom report viewer

I had a report (Majors counts) that was being cut off @ about the 3rd line down in IE7 while using one of the custom report viewers we use to link directly to internal Insight (MS Reporting Services) reports. The same report viewer and report showed correctly in Firefox!

SOLUTION: After originally thinking it had to do with the space between the bottom of the list encompassing the matrix and the matrix bottom, it turns out that it is really that the list and the next item, in this case a new text box seemingly need to touch...?!?!
